Maintenance is a family run business established in 2004 specializing in residential repairs, installations
and maintenance. Our customers include Arizona Property
Management companies, Real Estate professionals and homeowners.
Dave and Gina Schudi
are Minnesota natives but have come to adore the Arizona lifestyle
since relocating here in 2003. We are currently located in
Queen Creek Arizona and service properties across the East Valley.

Dave Schudi, owner and primary
contractor has over 25 years experience in
residential property repairs and maintenance with 10 years in
investment property management and ownership. He holds a
residential
contractors license with the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
Dave either personally completes and / or inspects every job to ensure that the highest quality standards
are met.

Gina Schudi, co-owner, has 15 years
experience in Project Management and Business Administration.
She
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management.
Gina works with customers on estimates, billing, payments and
property photos and manages the website and marketing.
Additionally, she manages the cleaning services aspect of the
business. She works to ensure a positive customer experience
with Stone Creek Clients.
